Warranty Policy
Sabra Dental Warrants its products to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for periods in accordance with those stated throughout the product our product catalog and website, provided that the product has been operated and maintained in accordance with the product instruction manual, as recognized by a certified Sabra technician, and has not been subjected to apparent misuse, abuse, or accident.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American express for payment of invoices within 10 days of the invoice date. After initial purchases with credit card/COD payment, if you would prefer to have open billing terms, please call the office at 1-800-888-4435 to set terms. For accounts with open billing, a 2% monthly interest charge will be applied to all amounts that are past the due date by 30 days. COD shipments have an additional $13 service charge.
Orders and Shipping
UPS Ground service is our standard shipping method. You may request another method of shipping or service. ie... UPS 2nd Day Air, FedEx Overnight etc. All such requests will be met within reason. We will make every effort to ship orders of any stocking item within two business days from the receipt of the order. At your request, we will ship partial orders if part of your shipment is on back order. If there is a special need, arrangements can be made for express delivery of back order fulfillment at the customers’ expense. Orders received after 3PM on any day will not be processed until the next business day.
Return Policy
All products for return must be pre-authorized with a Return Authorization number (RA#). Return packages should be clearly marked with the RA#. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. No returns on Handpieces that have been used - No Exceptions!
Restocking Fees
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, except when a return is accompanied by an order of at least equal value. All products must be returned in their original packaging, in clean condition, with a copy of the invoice and a description of the reason for return or an additional 15% re-packaging and handling fee may be applied. Products must be returned within 30 days of the ship date or will not be accepted for return. Shipping charges for any returned products are the customers’ responsibility. No refunds, Company credit only. No returns on custom orders.
