If you are a motivated and committed professional looking to work with an established 40-year-old company, Sabra Dental / SabraDent Surgical is adding a number of key territory sales people to expand our team. With our ever growing line of quality products for dental and specialty practitioners, Sabra is looking for dental sales professionals to bring our unique lines directly to practitioners and institutions. With the new acquisition of the Paul Banditt instrument company, Sabra now has the most complete line of dental, implant and surgical products in the field in a time when many practitioners are looking for alternatives to the “Home Depot” type dental suppliers. This position will give you opportunity to strike up close relationships with practitioners, rather than just be the next person to sell them another brand of “gloves or masks”.   Although – we sell those too, to further your potential. 

Our plan:

Sabra is most well-known for introducing the 45 degree angle surgical handpiece to the dental market over 35 years ago.  With a large customer base among oral surgeons, and the advent of many other general and other specialty practitioners using our surgical handpiece, we have grown our product availability to include one of the largest dental and surgical product lines in the industry. With the addition of a small number of territory managers in key areas around the country ( Florida, California, Chicago, Texas, Mass, New York ) to kick-start our program to build these territories, and eventually adding larger teams responsible to the initial managers. 

Our Team will need:

Experience in dental/ medical sales with a proven ability to build a customer book in a given territory

Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with existing customers and new dental professionals, being able to ask for and close business professionally. The quality of our products, availability of a complete line and service of our staff make our position unique, presented properly the products sell themselves, so we are not a “hard sell” company.

Strong organizational and follow up skills

Attend local/regional dental meetings, trade shows and study clubs, to cultivate brand awareness and new business

Motivated and committed to manage their own territory, and eventually bring on additional reps to manage in larger territories. 


About our Company:

Our position is unique in the dental market. Starting specifically in the dental small equipment and supply market, and eventually focusing in the oral surgery market, we’ve built a product line that covers every area of dental and surgical supply and small equipment. There are specialty companies that carry surgical product categories similar to ours, and there are local dental companies that carry dental product categories similar as well. Though other than the top 5 supply companies – there are no companies that carry as complete a line as Sabra does. 

With the advent in the past number of years with a blurring of lines of general and specialty practitioners, and with Implants becoming standard of care, aside for the top 5, there are no other companies offering what Sabra does for the practitioner. We are a full service dental and surgical supplier  - carrying everything dentists would use in their daily practice.  The only categories we don’t carry are implants and narcotics. The potential for the motivated sales professional is endless. 


Sabra, opened in 1981, is a privately held company with the ability to hold to long term goals, while having the flexibility to change short term needs quickly without having corporate boards, and investors to answer to.  The provides us the ability to provide all of what our customers need at reasonable prices. 

Our benefits package include Full Medical Insurance, 7 days vacation (14 after 2 years) and 4 personal days

Our straight-forward compensation plan provides a generous base salary based on your specific experience with uncapped sales commissions paid monthly based on business that you bring in.
